This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for visitors in Türkiye. It complements the privacy page and applies to the public website.

Which data and why
Visit measurement runs only on your explicit consent, which is the legal basis for it; without consent no measurement cookie is written. Technical server logs are processed for information security under the legitimate interest basis. If you contact us, the details you send are processed to answer you and to evaluate an early access request.
Transfers
Infrastructure providers and, where you have consented to measurement, Google may process technical or usage data outside Türkiye. Transfers are made under the safeguards required by KVKK.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn its purpose, to request correction or deletion, to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
